BEEF BLT CHEESESTEAK SKILLET



4 SERVINGS     PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES     COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff
1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef OR leftover sliced steak
4 oz. provolone or American cheese


DIRECTIONS:

1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet and cook peppers and onions 6 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff in same skillet, cooking covered according to package directions. Top with beef. Arrange cheese on top, and arrange vegetables around edge of skillet. Cover and cook at low 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.

3. Serve in skillet.
