CREAMY WHIPPED TOPPING

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup ice cold water
1/2 cup Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/4 cup Great Value Confectioners Powdered Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Great Value Pure Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp. lemon juice


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place ice water in one-quart mixing bowl.

2. Add nonfat dry milk. Beat at high speed until mixture stands in soft peaks. Chill beaters and bowl for best results.

3. Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Continue beating until quite firm.

4. Chill and use whipped cream as topping on pudding, fruit or other desserts.
