RICH CHOCOLATE PUDDING



4 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup Great Value Pure Cane Sugar
3 Tbsp. Great Value Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp. Great Value Corn Starch
10 Tbsp. Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
2 cups water
1 Tsp. Great Value Pure Vanilla Extract


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In 4-cup glass measuring cup combine sugar, cocoa, corn starch and nonfat dry milk. Whisk to blend. Slowly whisk in water.

2. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, or until mixture begins to boil. Stir in vanilla. Pour into 4 custard cups.

3. Press plastic wrap onto surface of pudding to avoid skin formation.

4. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, top with creamy whipped topping.
