SPINACH & ARTICHOKE CHICKEN WITH CREAMY PASTA



4 SERVINGS     PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES     COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS:

1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Parmesan
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese


DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides - Parmesan according to package directions, stirring in spinach and artichokes during last 2 minutes of cook time. Stir in sour cream.

2. Arrange pasta on serving platter, then top with chicken and cheese.
