PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SKILLET
4 SERVINGS PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff
1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef or leftover steak
4 oz. provolone cheese or American steak
DIRECTIONS:
Dinner is almost ready!
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet and cook green peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Remove pepper mixture from skillet and set aside.
2. Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff in same skillet covered, according to package directions. Top with roast beef, then cheese. Arrange pepper mixture around edge of skillet. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
3. Serve in skillet.
TIP: To make Philly Cheeseburger Stroganoff, omit roast beef and cook 1 lb. ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and continue with cooking green peppers and onion as above.
