SMOKEHOUSE CHICKEN CARBONARA
4 SERVINGS PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 package Knorr Menu Flavors Pasta Sides - Smokehouse Bacon Flavor Parmesan
1 cup green peas
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
2. Stir onion into same skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until onion is tender and golden, about 6 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare Knorr Menu Flavors Pasta Sides - Smokehouse Bacon Flavor Parmesan according to package directions, stirring in peas during the last 3 minutes of cook time. Stir in chicken and onion. Sprinkle with cheese.
