CREAMY WHIPPED TOPPING

10 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup ice cold water 1/2 cup Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk 1/4 cup Great Value Confectioners Powdered Sugar 1/2 Tsp. Great Value Pure Vanilla Extract 3 Tbsp. lemon juice INSTRUCTIONS: 1.  Place ice water in one-quart mixing bowl. 2.  Add nonfat dry milk. Beat at high speed until mixture stands in soft peaks. Chill beaters and bowl for best results. 3.  Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Continue beating until quite firm. 4.  Chill and use whipped cream as topping on pudding, fruit or other desserts.

RICH CHOCOLATE PUDDING

4 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup Great Value Pure Cane Sugar 3 Tbsp. Great Value Cocoa Powder 3 Tbsp. Great Value Corn Starch 10 Tbsp. Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk 2 cups water 1 Tsp. Great Value Pure Vanilla Extract INSTRUCTIONS: 1.  In 4-cup glass measuring cup combine sugar, cocoa, corn starch and nonfat dry milk. Whisk to blend. Slowly whisk in water. 2.  Microwave on high 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, or until mixture begins to boil. Stir in vanilla. Pour into 4 custard cups. 3.  Press plastic wrap onto surface of pudding to avoid skin formation. 4.  Refrigerate. When ready to serve, top with creamy whipped topping.

BEEF BLT CHEESESTEAK SKILLET

4 SERVINGS     PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES     COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff 1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef OR leftover sliced steak 4 oz. provolone or American cheese DIRECTIONS: 1.  Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet and cook peppers and onions 6 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside. 2.  Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff in same skillet, cooking covered according to package directions. Top with beef. Arrange cheese on top, and arrange vegetables around edge of skillet. Cover and cook at low 2 minutes, until cheese is melted. 3.  Serve in skillet.

TUNA TWISTER

4 SERVINGS     PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES     COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 1-1/2 cups water 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbsp. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER Spread 1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Cheddar Broccoli 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked 1 medium red or green bell pepper, cut into thin strips 1/4 cup finely chopped onion DIRECTIONS: 1.  Bring water, milk and Spread to the boiling point in medium saucepan. 2.  Stir in remaining ingredients and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.

THREE-CHEESE BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN

4 SERVINGS     PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES     COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.) 1 cup chopped tomatoes 2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.) 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese (about 2 oz.) 1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Alfredo, prepared according to package directions DIRECTIONS: 1.  Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, 6 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 2.  Meanwhile, combine tomato with basil in small bowl; set aside. 3.  Stir 1/2 of the cheeses into hot Knorr Pasta Sides - Alfredo until melted, then turn onto serving platter. Arrange chicken on Pasta, then sprinkle with remaining cheeses and tomato mixture.

CHEDDAR-BROCCOLI PASTA BAKE

4 SERVINGS     PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES     COOK TIME: 25 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Cheddar Broccoli 2 cups broccoli florets 2 cups cut-up cooked ham 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs DIRECTIONS: 1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides - Cheddar Broccoli according to package directions, adding in broccoli and ham during last 5 minutes of cook time, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese. 2.  Turn pasta mixture into 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese, then bread crumbs. 3.  Bake 10 minutes or until crumbs are golden.

FIESTA LIME CHICKEN & RICE

4 SERVINGS     PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES     COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.) 3/4 Tsp. chili powder 1 Tbsp. lime juice 1 package Knorr Fiesta Sides - Mexican Rice prepared according to package directions Your favorite taco toppings (shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, chopped onion and/or              crumbled tortilla chips) DIRECTIONS: 1.  Sprinkle chicken with chili powder. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, until thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes. Stir in lime juice. 2.  Spoon rice onto serving platter, then top with chicken and any chicken drippings. 3.  Top with your favorite taco toppings, such as shredded cheese, chopped tomato, onion and lettuce.
